Unwired Labs - Account Manager

As an Account Manager at LocationIQ, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction. You will be responsible for nurturing existing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and providing exceptional service.

As an Account Manager, you would

- Customer Onboarding: Guide new customers onto our platform.

- Client Relations: Build and maintain robust client relationships as the primary contact.

- Customer Success: Highlight customer successes via references and case studies.

- Account Monitoring: Proactively supervise customer accounts to preempt issues.

- Data Analysis: Utilize analytics to understand usage and create metrics.

- Sales Enhancement: Drive cross-selling and upselling for revenue growth.

- Customer Support: Respond swiftly to inquiries, coordinating with the tech team for resolutions.

- Renewal Management: Manage renewal processes and mitigate risks.

- Alerts & Reporting: Implement alerts and reports for client updates.

- Proposal Development: Craft and present proposals showcasing our geolocation solutions.

We'd like you to have?

- 3-5 years in account management or related roles.

- Product or Saas company experience.

- Prior work with international clients, outside India.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Excel proficiency (pivots, vlookups) for data analysis and reporting.

- Capability to manage multiple customer accounts.

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience in writing content, doing presales and account management

- Temperament to work in a high-learning environment

- An understanding of Account Management, Customer Success, Churn, and the world in general

- A sense of humor
