Unstop (Formerly Dare2Compete) is hiring for the Sales Manager role who will oversee maximizing the revenue of the company. Their task is to set realistic expectations and push through on expectations with determination and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible. They will be required to strategize avenues to make revenue for our existing products as well as suggest and implement new product ideas in the College/University domain. They will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of teams and sales goals and meeting with internal/external stakeholders to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
1. Be responsible for University/college/ TPO Partnerships for the company's Ed-tech and other products
2. Work on Leads generated through inbound and outbound channels towards closures and grow the revenue from university business
3. Ensure the University achieves excellence in academics and placements through a result-oriented partnership with our organization
4. Help the institute partners share the company's vision and plan to help bridge the talent and education gaps in emerging technologies and help in the campus-to-corporate journey
5. Coordinate with the other teams for branding and collateral development
Soft Skills Required: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, quick thinking, self-starter, ability to formulate and adapt business alliance & partnership strategy
Eligibility:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B College Sales
- Should be willing to travel as and when required
- Must have an Engineering background
- Candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset will be given a higher preference
- Brownie point for candidates with HR-Tech or Ed-tech background
