unremot is accepting job applications for Business Development Managers who will be responsible for handling the end to end sales cycle. Prior B2B/IT service industry experience is a must.

Roles & Responsibilities -
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers
- Running customised outreach campaigns to the leads, run follow-ups. Driving qualified leads into the sales funnel.
- Lead qualification and nurturing, build a consistent pipeline
- Conduct meetings (online and face-to-face) and establish long term relationships with clients
- Prepare sales collateral like pitch decks and customise them as and when required
- Working on proposals and closure, and consistently meeting the sales targets.
- Maintain and update the sales database and accurately forecast the sales of upcoming quarters.
Experience & Qualification Required -
- Bachelor in any degree or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of experience in the IT service industry. Preferably from tier 1 or tier 2 college.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Sales exposure to B2B software products / SaaS products is a must.
- Proficient in the use of tools like Linkedin, Emailing tools, etc.
- Track record of getting things done, within a fast-paced and changing environment, yet comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a changing environment
- Self-starter able to work on his own initiative with minimal supervision, works well with the team and motivates them as well.
- Extrovert with an ability to build rapport with people very quickly
