Unofinance - Manager - Corporate Finance

Position Summary : 

- We are looking for experienced professionals for our Corporate Finance and Strategy team. Selected candidates will be reporting directly to the CEO. Their primary role will be to source both equity and debt capital for the firm. Candidates will have to compute financial metrics, build business forecasts, perform company and industry research and prepare pitch decks. They will also be required to attend client meetings and engage in discussions with investors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Build Company Forecasts and Financial Modelling

- Computing security / business valuations

- Financial analysis

- Industry and Company research

- Landscaping the healthcare and lending sectors

- Interacting with current and potential investors - High Net Worth Individuals, Venture Capitalists, etc.

- Preparing information memorandums, pitch decks, etc.

Knowledge & Skills :

- Minimum 2- 4 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, Project Finance, etc.

- Experience in preparing financial models, performing valuations, conducting industry research.

- Discounted Cash Flow Analysis, Comparable Company Analysis, building pitch books.

- Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.

Education & Experience:

- MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution

- CA, CFA (preferred)

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, etc. (preferred)

SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION:

- 6 days a week

- Flexible; to be discussed in due course
