Univest is a innovative advisory firm in the trading (stock broking) sector, poised to launch our own broking platform. As a tech-driven fintech organization, we have achieved the milestone of being the first transaction-profitable company in our space. We are now seeking a dynamic Head of Growth & Digital Marketing to lead our growth and marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and enhance our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Development: Enhance brand awareness and reputation through innovative marketing initiatives.

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive growth and digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

- Lead our marketing team & build a culture obsessed with experience and learning

- Own ROI-driven pipeline coverage by scaling inbound channels and nurturing deals to grow revenues

- Drive upsells & cross-sells within the customer business

- Build customer case studies and success stories to drive demand and enable Sales

- Customer Targeting & Retargeting: Develop and implement strategies for effective targeting and retargeting of potential and existing customers.

- Brand Building through meaningful storytelling, ground-breaking campaigns, and effective marketing

- Create and own the GTM strategy for new products and features

Who you are:

- 10+ years of experience in driving growth for a company (Digital Space) with a subscription based model, driving cross border sales

- Experience in running digital acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram.

- Proficient with email marketing platforms, managing paid media campaigns

- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset

- Passionate about building and growing brands

- Comfortable owning and being held accounting for business outcomes

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Comfortable with ambiguity

Ideal profile

- You are driven by the desire to scale sustainably

- You have a good insight into organic and non-organic channels

- You have an experimental mindset and are constantly running different types of experiments to figure out a scalable channel to help us acquire users and customers.

- Along with quantitative research and data analysis, you also love talking to customers on a regular basis to gather feedback and learn about different use-cases.

- You have strong experience with Firebase & Google Analytics.

- You understand product positioning and can craft a great content and communication
