1. Identifying the training needs & create the annual training calendar. Budget for the same within overall department budget.
2. Rolling out the Competency Framework right from conceptualization to implementation stage.
3. Assume responsibility for planning, scheduling and coordinating training programs, workshop, conferences, and seminars nominations.
4. Creation of new joinee induction & orientation program.
5. Manage the MIS & Training Documentation (Feedback Form/Attendance Sheet).
6. To plan and coordinate with the concerned department for successful delivery of training.
7. To prepare and circulate training report and feedback on completion of training delivery.
8. Development /support of communication material for employee communication.
9. Responsible for facilitating capability development project and building a capability framework for faculty and non-faculty.
10. Industry attachment for faculty.
11. Any other duty assigned by management time to time
