Implement strategic plans and objectives of the information technology needs of the University to ensure IT capabilities are responsive to the needs of the University's growth and objectives.
- Ensure continuous delivery of technical services through oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of systems and programs.
- Ensure technical problems are resolved in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing systems and software packages.
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
