- Responsible for Recruitment across the faculty and non faculty for the university.

- Focal point for finalizing college wise, department wise Manpower Planning, Budgeting for the same in consultation with the HoDs and Functional Heads.

- Taking charge of the Advertising in print, UPES career Web Page, Naukri.com, LinkedIn and any other source.

- In-charge of the entire cycle of recruitment from screening of applicants to the joining of candidates.

- Preparing the Job Descriptions for all positions and making repository of the same.

- Manage the reference checks and verification process of the candidates.

- Maintaining the database of CVs and updating hiring dashboards.

- Maintaining updated organograms of Faculty and non-faculty (college-wise, department-wise) in view of the appointments as well as resignations/exits.

- Responsible for organizing the Induction Programs

- Any other duty assigned by the management from time to time
