Universal Trainer - BPO

We have an Urgent requirement for the position of Voice and Accent Trainer Role with a Leading BPO in Gurgaon.

Job Description:

Location: Gurgaon

Shifts:24*7

Salary:Maximum upto 5.2 LPA

1. Candidate must be graduate with excellent communication skill.

2. Candidate must have training Experience for international BPO

3. Should have hands on exp in training & development & is known to the various facets of training (classroom, on floor, NHT, Floor support training)

4. Training new hires for Voice and Accent/US accent neutralization, Grammar and Customer service

5. Should have at least minimum 3 years exp, with BPO background & training expertise.

6. Conducting assessments.

7. Willing to work in 24*7 shifts.

8. Maintain reports/MIS
