- Develops Healthy Customer Relationship

- Enhances Customer Training

- Evaluates and Analyze Customer Needs

- Builds Trust and Transparency with Clients

- Onboards New Clients

- Acts as a Customer Advocate

- Encourages Customers to Upgrade their Products

- Promotes Customer Loyalty

- Meet quarterly and annual renewal and upsell targets

- Ensuring Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Reports are sent out to the clients

Required Skills -

- 4+ years of experience in Managing clients/Customer success roles with B2B clients.

- Customer success managers are the link between customers and our business, so they need to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

- Customer success managers must be able to understand and address customers' concerns, questions, and issues.

- Customer success managers must build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.

- Coming up with long-term solutions that will benefit both the customer and the company is essential for this role.
