Required Skills -
- 4+ years of experience in Managing clients/Customer success roles with B2B clients.
- Customer success managers are the link between customers and our business, so they need to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Customer success managers must be able to understand and address customers' concerns, questions, and issues.
- Customer success managers must build strong relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Coming up with long-term solutions that will benefit both the customer and the company is essential for this role.
