Description

As a senior member of our Consumer Life-cycle Engagement team, you will be creating innovative strategies to deliver value to our 70k+ senior school students. The role will involve remote team management and a fair degree of domestic travel. International travel opportunities will also arise as the reach grows to South East Asia & Middle East

Responsibilities :

- You will analyze various products out there in the market that are of use to students preparing for college admissions. Create partnerships with the relevant product companies.

- Create awareness of the chosen products amongst students through digital & physical means.

- Engage the counselor network spread across the country to place products in front of students & parents at the right time and in the right manner. Generate leads of interested students.

- Manage a team of CV Building Experts and call centre members to engage parents and complete the product sale to students

- Role requires multiple levels of team management both physically and virtually

- Solid understanding of digital methods of promotion, marketing, tracking and closure

Minimum Qualifications :

- 4-8 years experience in analytics, product sales, online client acquisition

- Experience in Education industry is not a must

- Strong experience in understanding user behaviour and ground level sales

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

Educational & Experience qualifications :

- MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a top ranked University.

- International exposure during work or study is preferred.

Compensation :

- The role is a leadership position, and the remuneration structure will reflect that. Remuneration would comprise of fixed salary, variable bonus and stock options. Overall remuneration will be among the best in the industry.
