Unity Small Finance Bank - Manager/Senior Manager/AVP - Credit Card Regulatory & RBI Reporting

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of Credit Cards regulatory & RBI reporting of the bank.

- Exposure in preparation of DSB, CRILC, PSL, MSME, SLBC, Defaulter, NPA, Bureau reporting (CIBIL), NeSL submission, Quarterly disclosure preparation, Risk Based Supervision submission, Potential NPA tracking, Exception reports, SCOD tracking, etc. for Credit Cards business exposure.

- Having detail understanding of Credit Card Operation process, Credit Cards compliance and governance exposure.

- Participate in, and oversee, various aspects of the production and review of monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports filed with various regulatory agencies

- Consolidate, review, and analyse data for accuracy and completeness

- Develop and implement various control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reports

- Lead execution of key projects regarding specialty areas.

- Help identify gaps in current reporting process and participate in the implementation of new controls and strategic solutions

- Represent the team and lead efforts around strategic initiatives, ongoing improvements around our internal/external reporting processes

- Establish and manage relationships with the line of business, Compliance and Financial Reporting teams

- Oversee migration of report preparation into team and reengineering of the reporting process

- Oversee release related testing and implementation work.

- Coordination with RBI Inspection Team, Concurrent Auditors, Statutory Auditors, etc.

- Stay informed of regulatory changes and work with management to develop processes for implementation of new reporting requirements

- Maintain detailed procedures and documentation for the above processes

- Ability to manage work with minimum supervision with strong presentation and communication skills
