Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager Compensation Benefits.

- The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing and administering compensation and benefits programs, including compensation management, benefits administration, and payroll administration.

- They will also play a key role in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Exp: -5-8 years.

Location: Navi Mumbai, Thane.

Qualifications:

- Expertise in compensation management, benefits administration, and payroll administration .

- Strong knowledge of human resources (HR) practices and principles.

- Ability to design and implement compensation and benefits programs.

- Experience in managing employee benefits and addressing compensation-related issues.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.

- Relevant certification in HR or related field is a plus.

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus.
