Lead HR-Business Banking
ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:
This is a full-time role for a Lead HR - BBG at Unity Small Finance Bank located in Mumbai. As a Lead HR - BBG, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR activities for the BBG (Business Banking Group) division. Your main tasks will include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy development and implementation
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
1. Talent Acquisition:
- Manpower Budgeting & costing
- Creating talent pipeline to fill the open mandates
- High Focus on CFR checks, BGV, Criminal checks prior to offer
2. Talent Engagement:
- Organizing employee engagement events
3. Talent Management & Performance Management:
- Onboarding of new joiners
- Planning 30-6-90 day feedback program for new joiners
- Planning & Facilitating Induction for new joiners
- Working closely with product team to keep track of the performance numbers/ monthly targets
- Initiating Performance Improvement Plans
4. Employee Life Cycle Management:
- Managing day to day employee queries, grievances
- Managing separations, exit interviews, F&F settlements along with payroll team
- Updation of employee records / transfers/ movements
5. Compensation & benefits:
- Working closely with payroll team for salary hold cases
- Working closely with business on the annual increment process
6. Team Handling experience is a must
