Roles and Responsibilities

Credit Card Prelaunch experience

- The Individual will be part of Credit Cards operations unit.

- Experience in Credit Card operations is required.

- Understanding required for Credit card related RBI guidelines.

- Experience in managing operations activities such as - payments, settlement, chargebacks, account maintenance, reporting etc.

- Comply with regulatory and audit guidelines/SOP.

- Coordination with Credit/Credit Card partners/vendor/agencies and ensuring delivery as per SLA.

- Daily reconciliation - transactional (CIF creation/payments) & deliverables management /MIS.

- Managing audits/queries.

Skills Required experience in managing credit card operations.

- Knowledge of activities related to credit cards operations.

- Collaboration.

- Work within defined KRA/TAT/SOP.

- Strong recon experience relating above products.

- Understanding with regards to credit cards - RBI circulars.

NOTE: Candidate must have Credit Card Pre Launch experience.
