Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a VP HR-(Preferred Fintech) with 15-18 years of experience. As the VP HR, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management and strategy within the organization.

- This includes developing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering employee benefits, and overseeing the implementation and management of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

- You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, as well as fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

Qualifications:

- Human Resources (HR) expertise

- Talent Acquisition for Product & Tech hiring for Digital Banking product.

- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies

- Strong knowledge of employee relations

- Familiarity with employee benefits administration

- Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
