Governance Risk And Compliance for Venture Debt & SF
Roles & Responsibilities :
The GRC team serves as the central point of contact for Business, Operations, and Support Units. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting Operational Risk reporting, including Op Loss, Near Miss, and KRI assessments.
- Undertaking testing and gap remediation through RCSA, ensuring compliance with established SOPs, and updating documentation as necessary.
- Managing the PAC, SOP, and Outsourcing processes within the Unit to maintain a robust risk culture.
- Overseeing Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and ensuring timely and accurate Regulatory Reporting.
- Serving as the Single Point of Contact for various risk control purposes such as IFC, RBI, Audit, and Compliance.
- Establishing and leading the Business Operational Risk Committee (BORC) meetings, documenting minutes, and generating action plans.
Qualification / Education Requirements :- Graduate/Post Graduate with 5-7 years' experience in First, Second, or Third Line of Defence.
- Strong experience in Banking operations with knowledge of Banking products.
- Specific experience in Digital Banking, Business Banking, Banking Operations, or Inclusive Banking is highly preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile :- Candidates with experience in banks, particularly those with expertise in SME, Venture Debt & SF, Initial & Startup Funding, CMS, Vendor financing
- Proficient in product knowledge and risk management across various lines of defence.
