Area Fraud Risk Manager

To be responsible for the following:

- To manage FRM/FCU vendors, Investigations, Frauds and analytics,

- Ensuring the guidelines are adhered to in line with the policy,

- Reducing cost by implementing new and efficient processes / strategies

- Meeting Benchmarks of sampling percentage and achievement of hit rate as required.

- Any other adhoc responsibilities as delegated

- Ensuring integrity at all levels & Investigations of suspect cases at field level by maintaining compliance to the Regulatory and / or Statutory requirements.

- Conducting end to end pre and post disbursement fraud checks for Retail products especially Unsecured Business Loans, Loan Against Property, Supply Chain Finance (Vendor, Dealer and taking necessary actions

For Central FRM:

- Candidate must have retail knowledge of this products : Personal Loan, and Credit Card into digital lending process.
