Company Overview : UNITRES is a new services startup specializing in Application Modernization, Data Engineering & Analytics. In our initial phase, the plan is to focus on delivering exceptional services during the first two quarters, while simultaneously preparing to build and launch innovative B2B enterprise products. Our primary objective is to drive revenue through diverse project models including Fixed Cost Projects, Time & Material, and Staff Augmentation.

Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Professional to generate revenues across our key offerings. This individual will play a crucial role in our growth strategy, leveraging industry connections to drive business and promote upcoming products.

Reporting Structure : The Senior Sales Professional will report directly to the Founder. Additionally, the role will involve close collaboration with the Product Development, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Only applicants with experience in software tech sales(Services/Products) or an affiliation with the tech sales industry should apply.

Key Responsibilities :

Revenue Generation :

- Drive sales for Application Modernization, Data Engineering & Analytics, and Managed Services (Low Focus for now as we are building the team).

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

- Focus on Core Offerings (First 6-8 Months).

Application Modernization :

- Promote services that help clients update and optimize their legacy applications.

- Highlight benefits such as increased efficiency, reduced maintenance costs, and enhanced user experiences.

- Identify clients with outdated systems and propose tailored modernization solutions.

Data Engineering & Analytics :

- Emphasize the importance of data-driven decision-making.

- Offer services that cover data warehousing, ETL processes, data integration, and advanced analytics.

- Showcase case studies demonstrating ROI through improved business insights and predictive analytics.

Client Relationship Management :

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.

- Identify client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Project Sales :

- Sell projects through various models including Fixed Cost Projects, Time & Material, and Staff Augmentation.

- Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Alliance and Channel Partner Management :

- Develop and maintain strategic alliances and partnerships with key industry players.

- Identify and engage with channel partners to expand market reach and drive sales.

- Collaborate with partners to create joint marketing and sales initiatives.

- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company goals.

Product Sales Preparation :

- Prepare for the launch of new products such as the API Gateway and associated offerings.

- Develop Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies and create awareness in the market.

- Start GTM and awareness campaigns 4-5 months before the product launch using industry connections and networks.

Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.

- Provide detailed forecasts and pipeline reports to management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a focus on IT services and solutions.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of Application Modernization, Data Engineering & Analytics, and Managed Services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry contacts.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in selling Fixed Cost Projects, Time & Material, and Staff Augmentation services.

- Knowledge of upcoming trends in API Gateway and associated technologies.

- Ability to develop and implement effective GTM strategies.
