Manager - Contract Review.

RESPONSIBILITIES:.

- Apply expertise in review process to come up with solutions towards effective Project Management and apply established best practices to manage Project productivity and quality.

- Quality control to be performed across multiple projects.

- Set up and oversee review projects in accordance with the SOW and Unitedlex best practices.

- Keep track at all times of SOW terms implementation.

- Create effective and profitable staffing plans.

- Create and track Project budget and costs.

- Assist Workflow Management in invoicing for Projects.

- Assist team in defining Project targets; ensure these are achieved by the Project team.

- Regularly interface and maintain persistent communications with clients and external project stakeholders.

- Act as first point of contact for clients.

- Have clear understanding of Unitedlex policies and business requirements, and synchronize these with domain knowledge in order to manage end to end review services.

- Responsible for maintaining and sharing accurate and timely Project data with WFM and Operations team for effective management and strategizing.

- Understand and quickly identify client's needs and suggest workable solutions.

- Regularly participate in Project Management meetings and keep stakeholders and Project Management team updated with Project status.

- Motivate the team by taking ownership, supporting and appreciating performance.

- Counsel team members, mentor Team Leaders and AMs.

- Conduct formal performance reviews of subordinates and chalk out and implement team development plans.

- Assist in internal processes enhancement and apply innovations to Projects and internal processes.

- Plan effectively, set goals, prioritize them for self and for the team to determine if activities are time & goal directed.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Business Reporting Skills.

- Familiarity with reporting tools like MS Excel, Visio, Power point, contracting tools and technology etc.

- Effective business report creating skills.

- Rounded redlining and negotiation skills.

Transition & Project Management:.

- Ability to develop and establish schedules, assignments, and action plans, for the project success along with keeping the team members involved in the project.

Continuous improvement:.

- Ability to facilitate continuous development of the team members at professional and personal front.

Analytical thinking & decision making:.

- Pragmatic approach in order to get the job done quickly and effectively.

- Ability to look objectively at an idea or situation from different perspective and come up with an effective solution.

- Ability to build professional relationship with peers, supervisor and client face.

Time management & Schedule adherence:.

- Ability to plan effectively, set goals, prioritize them for self and for the team to determine if activities are time & goal-directed.

- Capabilities of goal setting, planning, prioritizing, decision-making, delegating and scheduling.

Business improvement & initiatives:.

- Accurately estimating length and difficulty of tasks and projects and set clear objectives, goals, and measures for improvement.

QUALIFICATION & EXEPERIENCE:.

- Strong grasp of contracting best practices.

- At least 5 years in the contract drafting and negotiation space.

- Understanding of and adherence to confidentiality and ISMS protocols.

- Strong ability to leverage contract automation tools.

- Basic proficiency in the following MS office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.

- Willingness to stretch and work on weekends to meet client deadlines.

WORKING CONDITIONS.

- Ready to work a 9-hour shift anywhere between 8:30am and 10:30pm.

- Should be ready to stretch beyond regular hours or work from home when required.

- Should be willing to travel on business for short and long durations readily.

- All specific company policies to apply without exception.

- Compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001: 2005 guidelines.
