Job Description - Job Summary :
- As a part of Work Force Management Team primarily, you would be required to work on the data management / data update / data correction requests raised by different teams / Onshore partners is also required as a part of your deliverables.
- You may also utilize your technical competencies and business/reporting expertise to prepare and publish the reports and plan and manage Work Flow on a timely manner.
- Also have excellent and in-depth process knowledge to identify the current process improvement opportunities and maintain the hygiene of the process.
- An ability to understand business process issues and communicate technical solutions to the internal client is essential to your success in this role.
Job Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business to understand the requirements in the various types of data management, Work Flow Manager and data update requests and act accordingly
- Recommends establishment of new or modified methods and procedures to improve overall content and completeness of information.
- Determining and/or developing processes for macro and/or robot functionality.
- Ensure complete and in-depth business knowledge to better understand the business needs and ensure processes are scalable and flexible to meet future business needs.
- Document and communicate status updates to team members and Management, Support the team with deliverables and very good data management skills.

Desirable Criteria :
- Strong computer knowledge and software knowledge.
- Strong Excel Knowledge, VBA, MS Access, SQL and Power Point, SharePoint Administration
- Ability to document and create process maps to properly document macro functionality.
- Expert level in MS Office skills.
- Good typing speed.

- Independent learner and decision maker.
- Ability to own processes from start to finish (Through concept, feasibility, development, testing and deployment).
- Effective decision making, communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills will be critical. -Proven competency to set and meet deadlines.
