Skill Set :

- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Java, J2EE technologies.

- Experience on Java/J2ee platform and applications on Java, J2EE,- Hibernate, and other relevant technology.

- Good working knowledge in SPRING, IOC, AOP and Transaction Management

- Exposure to application design and J2EE Framework

- Experience in Web services- Restful and Soap.

- Understanding of distributed technologies and Architecture.

- Experience in Subversion & Maven will be a plus.

- Should be able to execute Unit Testing (Plan, Prepare & Execute).

- Experience on Eclipse/IntelliJ Idea and Jboss, WebSphere/Web logic servers.

- Should possess sound knowledge of SDLC processes.

- Good Communication Skills.

- Prior experience of healthcare is preferred.

- Experience of working in a global environment.

- Ability to manage relationships across the enterprise including managing expectations with business customers and leadership from project initiation to execution.

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for completion of assigned project within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.

- Overall responsible for Project Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and closure

- Facilitating (not participating in) the daily stand-up

- Helping the team maintain their burn-down chart

-Setting up retrospectives, sprint reviews or sprint planning sessions

- Shielding the team from interruptions during the sprint

- Removing obstacles that affect the team

- Walking the product owner through more technical user stories

- Encouraging collaboration between the Scrum team and product owner

- Manage all the inter-group coordination so as to effectively meet all the project needs

- Must be familiar with systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.

- To be responsible for implementation & adherence of quality process as defined by the organization
