Job Description -

Primary responsibilities:

- You will assess and interpret customer needs and requirements

- You will be involved in solving moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analysis

- You will provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues

- You will coach, provide feedback and guide others- You will maintain knowledge of current domains and strategic roadmaps

- You will identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems

- You will incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs

- You will support applicable modeling efforts (e.g., data modeling, process modeling, hardware modeling, performance modeling)

- You will provide oversight of conceptual designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture governance (e.g., principles, policies, standards, future-state reference architectures)

- You will maintain awareness of current technology assets, and the applicability and capability of each

- You will be responsible for maintaining awareness of current business and industry issues/trends and incorporate into enterprise architecture designs as appropriate

Qualification

Requirements:

- 10+ years of diverse experience in IT with various technology platforms, tools, and environments including:

- 2 or more years of experience architecting and developing applications in a .Net environment

- 4 or more years of experience in Information Technology Architecture & Analysis experience

- 4 or more years of experience in Service Oriented Architecture Proven ability to analyze opportunities across the enterprise to standardize services and create patterns.

- Excellent consultative and communication skills

- Self-motivated with strong initiative

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Assets:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)- Proficiency with MS Visio

- Healthcare Industry experience

- Resourceful and works independently; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks.

- Coaches, provides feedback, and guides others

- Ability to work with and mentor developers

- Experience navigating organizational change

- Demonstrated experience using design patterns for cloud computing

- Proven ability to rapidly deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept work to validate a proposed architectural approach Experience working with Agile Methodology
