And neither should you.In this Application Security Architecture role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, performing options analysis, ensuring quality/alignment of Designs, and you will demonstrate and apply knowledge of enterprise architecture and standards.

- You will also be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and the components required to support it and the integration of corporate and technical architectures and applications.

Primary responsibilities :

- Conduct Security audit reviews (ex: Fortify, WebInspect) with development team

- Provide expert advice and consultancy to customers on risk assessment, threat modeling and fixing vulnerabilities.

- Work with development teams to carry out Application Security Reviews.

- Conduct logical security audits and hands-on technical security evaluations and implementations

- Perform security reviews of source code, stored procedures, and server/service configurations.

- Provide expert advice and consultancy to customers on risk assessment, threat modeling and fixing vulnerabilities.

- Identify security issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans

- Manage small projects, often with several team members

- Ability to interact with technical and managerial clients

- Develop and/or modify System Security Plans, Plan of Actions & Milestones, as well as other supporting documentation.

- Participate in security compliance efforts (e.g., HIPAA, PCIDSS, SOX)

- Provides analytical and technical security recommendations to other team members

- Educate developers on secure coding techniques and security best practices.

- Mentor junior members of the team

Qualification/Desired Skills :

Educational Qualifications : B.Tech/MCA/ M. Tech/MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant) with 10 - 14 Years of relevant education

- Extensive experience of working as Architect/Sr.Architect for a Product Company.

- Ability to come up with best in class technical solution for complex business problems.

- Deep Knowledge/Experience on Java, J2EE

- Proven expertise on security tools, design tools and methodologies, cloud etc.

- Strong database skill with good sql knowledge

- Must have hands on experience in coding and solving complex issues.

- Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills

- Knowledge of US Healthcare domain is good to have.

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Good at multitasking and organizational skills- Good attitude and self-motivated.
