In this Sr. IT Architecture Analyst role, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, performing options analysis, ensuring quality/alignment of Designs, and you will demonstrate and apply knowledge of enterprise architecture and standards. You will also be responsible for the development, communication and implementation of the organization's technology architecture and the components required to support it and the integration of corporate and technical architectures and applications.

Primary responsibilities :

- You will assess and interpret customer needs and requirements

- You will be involved in solving moderately complex problems and/or conduct moderately complex analysis

- You will provide explanation and information to others on difficult issues

- You will coach, provide feedback and guide others

- You will maintain knowledge of current domains and strategic roadmaps - You will identify/quantify scope and impact of business changes on systems

- You will incorporate software and system architecture into conceptual designs

- You will support applicable modeling efforts (e.g., data modeling, process modeling, hardware modeling, performance modeling)

- You will provide oversight of conceptual designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture governance (e.g., principles, policies, standards, future-state reference architectures)

- You will maintain awareness of current technology assets, and the applicability and capability of each

- You will be responsible for maintaining awareness of current business and industry issues/trends and incorporate into enterprise architecture designs as appropriate

- More than 10+ years of experience of working in US Healthcare Payer side. Should have worked at least one of the US Payer organization.

- Should keep him/her regularly updated on latest happenings in US Healthcare. Should have interest in understanding Healthcare, document and present his understanding on how IT can help in improving Healthcare.

- Must have hands-on experience on healthcare platforms TriZetto Facets associated products. Must have extensive experience on the platform g. Ability to handle end to end platform implementation starting right from platform assessment to platform selection and deployment.

- Must be able to provide out of the box solutions by understanding the limitations of various healthcare platform. Should have knowledge in important domain areas for Payers, Providers, Sponsors, Members, Eligibility, Clinical and PBM- j.

- Should have worked on documentation and dissipation of Healthcare Knowledge k. In-depth knowledge of at-least one programming language (C#/Java/VB) and one database (SQL/Sybase/Oracle) is mandatory

- Experience on Facets Medical Benefit Configuration is added advantage. Ability to provide solutions/high level flow of how a particular problem/challenge can be addressed. Basic understanding of upcoming technical concepts like BigData/Distributed computing

Qualification :

Required Qualifications :

- Undergraduate degree or a minimum of 5 years of IT experience

- 5+ years of Information Technology Architecture Analysis experience, 5+ years of development experience including full life cycle activities

- Experience with Agile methodology

- Solid understanding of industry patterns for application architecture and integration

- 5+ years of experience building multi-tier applications using (applicable skill set such as Java, .NET, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications :

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)

- Health care industry experience
