Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
- Sets team direction, resolves problems and provides guidance to members of own team. Oversee work activities of other supervisors.
- Ability to manage a span of 250 employees
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges.
- Responsibility for execution and high level of delivery on all projects, P&L and increased inflow of business.
- Collaborates with all internal and external customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Influences or provides input to forecasting and planning activities.
- Uses appropriate control mechanism's to monitor and manage the business segment(s) overall performance & provides expertise and leadership in the assigned- functional areas.
- Builds and reviews business scorecards and performance metrics for the assigned segment(s), and appropriately builds action plans.
- Partner's with the Director in planning, implementation and evaluation / modification of existing operations, systems and procedures.
- Drives teams to maximize performance while maintaining high standards of quality & ensure the organization meets Service Level Agreements / Performance Guarantee goals.
- Supports and leads all quality initiatives, aimed towards process improvements.
- Establishes and maintains an environment conducive of positive morale, creativity and team work & partners in the formulation of career progression / employee development plans
- Focus on Retention & provides coaching and develops potential leadership
- Shares best practices with the team onsite and business partners.

Qualification :
Required Skill Set :
- At least 8 year of experience in the US Healthcare Industry
- Post graduate Business Management preferred
- Relevant Operations, Client management experience in the BPO space
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- GB certification/PMP/AHM 250/PAHM/FAHM- added advantage
