Job Description -

Position Overview

- Technical Program Manager with a strong business focus to support business vision.

- Should have strong experience in managing multiple Dot Net/ BI / Data Warehouse Projects.

- Should have experience in analyzing existing system, and create Roadmap, and drive strategy planning by working with various stakeholders, and work with teams to manage multiple projects..

- Working experience in Dot Net/ BI/ Data Warehouse architectures using various schemas and models.

- Should have experience in Application development, Data Integration, Data Modeling and Analytics areas

- Experience in multiple development/BI/DWH technologies: Dot Net, Tableau, MS SSIS, SSRS,- RDBMS databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and Appliances (IBM Netezza, Teradata, Oracle Exadata etc.)

- Exposure to Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark etc.

- Document usage models & business, technical & user requirements and designing solutions architecture to meet those requirements & specifying an implementation HW & SW solution stack.

- Proven ability in evaluating technologies and products, contrasting capabilities and making recommendations, and presenting results to leadership team

- Proven ability to rapidly deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept work to validate a proposed architectural approach, and proposals

- Experience in Healthcare Domain (Claims, Clinical, Pharma & Life sciences) preferred.-

Primary Job Responsibilities

- Delivery Management: Ensuring timely delivery and management of upgrades of various PLM- (Project Lifecycle Management) projects/products like Dot Net, BI Tools, MySQL, MS SQL Server etc.

- Should have hands on exposure of Product Lifecycle Management especially on Dot Net,Application Servers, MySQL Linux/Unix, MS SQL Server, etc.

- Team & Resource Management: Hiring, Appraisals, Retention, Resource Pyramid Management,Travels, Trainings, Team motivation and strong team connect, Optimize the mix of resources to - obtain maximum results at minimal cost

- Process/Quality Management: QMS compliance, ensuring superior delivery quality, performance and continuous improvement.

- Communication Management: Keeping the partners and all stakeholders informed about all engagement metrics at all times, Dashboard reporting.

- Assist teams with problem triage, coordination with various stakeholders and technical teams

- Resolve issues with application-level service performance

- Identify, sponsor and implement continuous improvement initiatives within organisation.

- Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Qualification -

Required Skillset

- B.E. or Masters in Computer Science or related field (such as MS in Analytics etc.)

- 12 to 15 years of technical solutions experience including atleast 5+ years of hands-on on Dot Net/BI / DWH/ Analytics/ Big Data:

- Project management & delivery of large Dot Net/BI/DWH projects.

- PMP certification would be preferred.

- Familiarity with ITIL framework, application development best practices.

- Experience in Health care domain, preferred.

- Experience/Exposure to Hadoop and other Industry Big Data FrameworksShift time - 2:30pm till midnight (fixed)
