Job Description/Job Responsibilities :

- BI Technical Program Manager with a strong business focus to support business vision.

- Should have Strong experience in managing multiple BI / Data Warehouse Projects.

- Manage the project scope, goals and teams to ensure overall project success, including customer satisfaction.

- Manage cross-functional teams in the development life-cycle and proactively manage project plans including scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, issue management and allocation of available resources.

- Monitor progress against the overall project plan, leading the team toward successful milestone completion

- Should have experience in analyzing existing system, and create BI Road-map, and drive strategy planning by working with various stakeholders, and work with teams to manage BI Program.

- Should have experience in Data Integration, Data Modeling and Analytics areas

- Experience in various BI/DWH technologies-Tableau, MS SSIS, SSRS, Cognos, SAS, SPSS, and RDBMS databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and Appliances (IBM Netezza, Teradata, Oracle Exadata etc.)

- Experience in Managing projects in Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark etc.

- Proven ability in evaluating technologies and products, contrasting capabilities and making recommendations, and presenting results to leadership team

- Candidate should possess leadership qualities including being proactive, thoughtful, thorough, decisive, and flexible, conducting themselves professionally and with integrity at all times.

- Should have experience in defining BI/DWH projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new projects.

- Provide leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project

- Encourage teamwork, communication and coordination across the project team

- Set clear expectations, objectives, assignments and timing of individual and team deliverables.

- Experience in Healthcare Domain (Claims, Clinical, Pharma & Life sciences)

Qualification/Required Skill set :

- B.E. or Masters in Computer Science or related field (such as MS in Analytics etc.)

- 12+ years of technical solutions experience including 8+ years of in a combination of BI / DWH, Analytics, and Big Data:

- Deployment of a large BI/DWH projects

- Experience in Health care domain.

- Experience/Exposure to Hadoop and other Industry Big Data Frameworks
