Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Technical professionals with proven experience being able to interpret scan results and understand the risk presented to the company given compensating controls

- Ability to research issues that they are unfamiliar with and come up with a solution unaided by a technical expert is a must.

- Individuals who can defend / speak to their justification of the risk they are presented with to other experts within IRM / CDO.

- Assessment of security gaps in current operating procedures against industry-recognized security standards and best practices.

- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to present complex data to all levels of the organization.

- Assessment of security gaps in current operating procedures against industry-recognized security standards and best practices

- Guidance and consulting to IRM Leadership on assessing and communicating information risk posture

- Develops pioneering approaches to emerging industry trends

Must Have Skills :

- Bachelor's Degree or HS Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in an information security role with a strong knowledge of information security concepts

- Proven leadership, able to influence without authority

- Proactive individual who takes ownership of issues

- 6+ years of experience in an information security role with strong knowledge of information security concepts

- 6+ years of experience working in a customer service focused environment

- 6+ years of experience with risk assessment and/or risk analysis

Nice To Have Skills :

- Managed healthcare or insurance industry experience

- Knowledge of risk frameworks (HITRUST, ISO, COBIT)

- Experience with an enterprise governance, risk, & compliance platform (e.g. Archer)
