Job Description - Responsibilities :

- Use operational analytical skills to design/develop, program, maintain and publish reports.

- Make solid recommendations based on the analysis and provide explanations for reporting results for both internal operations and our customers.

- Must be self-directed and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues.

- As a key resource to others, responsible to maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written

communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines.

- Responsible for Reporting and WFM vertical for UMR operations.

Qualification - Qualifications and Experience Required :

- BA/BS in MIS, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business or a related field

- 4+ years of experience performing significant data analysis and report development

- Intermediate level of programming knowledge (reporting code) and of relational databases, database structures and design, systems design, data management, data warehouse

- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint.

- Crystal Report skills and SQL Server experience a plus.

- Managerial Experience of handling an MIS team of 3-4 members.

- Working knowledge of VB.net is an added advantage

- Must be able to cater to multiple locations.

- Must have experience in streamlining MIS Structure

- High on Analytical and logical Skills

- Working knowledge of Work Force Management

- Should be able to analyze and present data in meaning full ways

- Should be able to create PPTs for senior leadership.

- Should be willing to work till late hours everyday till 12 am and once in a while till 3 AM also. Regular shift can be 2:30 to 12
