Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Responsible for completion of assigned project within budgetary and scheduling guidelines.

- Manages overall work of 30-40 team members in multiple work groups.

- Understanding of US healthcare system and ability to relate project with Healthcare industry requirements.

- Provide technical leadership to the team & be involved in technical solutions & implementations

- Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements

- Overall responsible for Project Initiating, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control and closure

- Prepare Project plan(s) including scope statement, assumptions & dependencies

- Direct, monitor & control the execution of project plan(s)

- Perform deliverable reviews, provide functional/technical leadership, and support team members in the completion of deliverables

- Take initiative, propose solutions to improve the overall business process and application performance

- Manage all the inter-group coordination so as to effectively meet all the project needs

- Must be familiar with systems scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member.

- To be responsible for implementation & adherence of quality process as defined by the organization

- Responsible for Quality Assurance review and evaluation and documentation of team procedures.

- Assesses performance, rewards results, motivates, and fosters matrix management.

- Delegates, integrates activities & resolves conflicts.

- Risk Management & Anticipating issues and acting proactively to address potential issues, manage the project execution related risks by developing practical mitigation plans, and ensuring proper execution to lower the impact to the business.

- Assist DM/AD in resource utilization/productivity.

- Performs project evaluation and cost benefit analysis.

- Ensure sign-off on deliverables as part of project plan

- Build a relationship with project stakeholders/ business partners

Desired Skills :

Educational Qualifications :

- B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).

- Minimum of 12-15 years of systems development and implementation experience on mainframe based systems

Qualification :

Technical Skills (Mandatory) :

- Strong hands on experience on web based projects using Java / J2EE technologies with

- Experience in technical architecture & design of a web based application

- Solid experience on UI design & development using Angular JS

- Strong experience on Spring & Web Services

- Prior experience of executing projects using Agile methodology

- Should have good experience Data bases like MySQL, Oracle

Preferred or Go to Have Skills :

- US healthcare or PBM knowledge experience (preferred)

- Any exposure or experience in CI/CD tools/frameworks like Jenkin, unit test framework (Junit etc.) will be preferred.

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills

- Good communication and presentation/negotiation skills to enable independent communication with business partners to resolve design issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines.

- Ability to Work collaboratively in global project with a positive team spirit and ensure team work & coordination.

- Should be flexible with the working hours as he/she needs to closely work with the US counterparts.
