Job Description - Primary responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SLA.
- Adherence to the defined SSS delivery process/guidelines like Problem Management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc.
- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
- Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
- Provide timely updates on tasks to all stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend an appropriate solution.
- Ensuring timely updating of HPSM with resolution data, root cause
- Ensure availability over weekends / holidays based on business needs
- Should be flexible to work in odd shifts based on business needs
- Good oral & written communication Skills.
- Provide status reporting to all stakeholders
- Build-up good relationship with all stakeholders
- Available to travel to US for short term / long term assignment if required.

Qualification - Required Skill-Sets :
Educational Qualifications : B.Tech / MCA / Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
- Minimum 10 years of IT Experience.
- Good experience of java development project / application onboarding/support
- Good WAS experience or WAS application support/development
- Proficient in developing and implementing web application using Java and J2EE, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, Groovy Web-
Services (CXF) and UNIX.
- MUST understand core java Design Patterns.
- Proficient in supporting an Oracle DB application,
- Good experience with advanced SQL and PLSQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Have supported and communicated with US clients in past projects
- Good understanding of Operational Support environment
- Excellent in people management
- Background in healthcare industry applications preferred
