Job Description :

- Own Enterprise Level Projects/Programs which are to be implemented across all locations including vendor sites

- Work closely with business SMEs and in-house IT teams to come up with automation/ technology solutions

- Experience is managing Technology driven process improvements would be preferred- Exposure to data warehouses like Hadoop/Big Data would be an added advantage

- Manage projects with diverse and geographically dispersed cross-functional teams. Plan tasks and milestones, manage deliverables to deadlines and hold people accountable without direct authority

- Manage communication with project customers and stakeholders through compelling written and verbal status reporting

- Requires strong project management, thought leadership, decision-making skills and the ability to resolve complex problems independently.

- Proven ability to manage projects end to end through the project lifecycle using structured methodologies

- Ability to challenge the status quo, remove organisational barriers, influence without authority, and break down strategies into tactical and manageable plans with minimal guidance

- Ability to influence, lead and communicate at all levels- Experience in the evaluation, analysis and optimization of operational processes required

- The candidate must possess high motivation, enthusiasm and dedication to deliver results within strict time frames

- Drive successful end-to-end transformation projects in process control function, support streamlining of business processes across functions

- Self-sufficient, capable of identifying key issues and priorities and focusing on these to deliver required results with minimal direction and supervision

- PMP, Prince2 strongly preferred

- MBA (Master in Business Administration) and/or Engineering degree is an advantage

- Should have managed large projects involving operations and information technology teams

- Should be comfortable working in shifts starting 2:30 PM on wards

- Should have managed projects with significant impact
