Job Description :

Planview :

- Monitoring adherence to the Planview exception process of ODM resource and project managers

- Creation of reports to display adherence and to exception process of Planview by ODM resources

- Handle ad-hoc requests to make mass updates to programs, projects, etc within Planview

- Ability to troubleshoot and handle problems within Planview by seeking information from both the Planview support teams and Planview reporting teams

- Create reports during quarterly forecasting process that aid in making updates and alignments that fuel the forecasts within Planview

- Produce the required reports and any other ad-hoc reports on request during the forecasting cycles

- Monitor new projects and programs within Planview that will need to be integrated into our setup for proper forecasting

- Analyze usage of PPM and EPM to determine areas where project manager and resource managers would benefit from an intervention

Capital Management :

- Update the portfolio docs with updates from both the financial trackers as well as the capital spend reports

- Produce status reports of current usage and spend to determine where overspend may occur and/or- bridge-funding will be necessary

- Monitor run rate & spend to ensure that trackers are accurately setup with forecasts that match actuals.

- Produce reports that show accuracy of financial trackers

- Analyze CBAs for missing information such as backup information for revenue and benefits

- Create reports which show forecast vs. actuals regarding realization of proposed benefits and revenue.

- Help to produce documentation of process and presentations for usage by pillar leads to help with adherence to capital processes and procedures.

Qualification :

- Bonus experience

- Planview experience the deeper the better

- Complex excel spreadsheets including formulas and pivot tables

- Prior experience with producing documentation in word, visio, and Powerpoint.

- MS Project experience would be great but not make/break.

- Basic understanding of financial processes: Business Finance 101 and above.
