Job Description - Position in this function is involved in the execution and implementation of Reporting and Analytics focused projects.

- Candidate would be a Release Management function SME and technology generalist that manage, direct and interface with business clients.

- Align technology solutions with business strategies, working primarily with management.

- Proactively identify opportunities and conduct analyses. Collaborate with Reporting and Analytics team to produce various reporting and analytics solutions. Understand numbers and analyze them to provide recommendation.

- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise.

- Collaborate with business to Investigates non-standard requests and problems

- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.

- Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise.

Qualification - 3+ Years of Experience in Data analytics and Reporting

- 3+ Years of Experience in Release Management activities or Project Coordination activities.

- Experience in waterfall and Agile methodologies.

- Must have a strong Interpersonal Skills and confidence to deal with client on daily basis.

- Very Strong in Process understanding, metrics definition and metrics implementation and Continuous Improvement.

- Strong Presentation and Excel Macro skills.

- Metrics creation experience. Proficient in creating dashboards and Scorecards using Excel and Strong data analytics skills

- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required

- Ability to own issues and goals and drive them to completion with an emphasis on accuracy of results

- Detail oriented and taking ownership of the accuracy of the work produced by themselves and the team.

- Ability to present data in most user friendly manner
