Job Description :

Shift Timing (IST) : 2:30 PM - 1:30 AM Regular night shift coverage (230-12 shift) with ability to stretch as needed by the program [NOTE : Shift may change to 5pm-3am]

Short Description :

- IT Program & Project Portfolio Management (Portfolio, Program & Release Management - PPRM)

Project Analyst Role Experience : 5 to 7 years

Primary Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with Program/Project Managers on WBS Build Out-Project Milestone Tracking and Reporting

- Coordinate and Assist the Program/Project Managers in Project and Resource Management Activities

- Update Portfolio/Project Financial Information-Build and Analyze Cost and Variance Reports

- Effective Status Reporting on Project deliverables, to include progress of the project, issue identification, burn rate, trend analysis etc.

- Project Issue, Risk, Assumption, Action and Dependency Tracking and Follow Up

- Project Document Updates and Approval Follow Ups-MS Project and Excel Reporting & Analysis

- Adhere to the defined PPRM Process and Compliances

- Coordinate with PPRM Stakeholders on collecting and reporting Project Information-Assertively communicate with multiple stakeholder groups in different US time zones/locations

Qualification/Must Have Skills :

- BE/B Tech or equivalent qualification,MBA is a good value-addition-3+ years of experience in creating reports using Excel macros, create dashboards, data gathering/analysis and documenting processes effectively

- Should be familiar with Project life cycle, and PMO processes including resource allocation, scheduling, WBS build-out, maintenance, status reporting

- Experience working with Project Management Systems viz., Planview / MS Project / CA Clarity

- Exception Verbal and Written Communication Skills-Good Knowledge of Development & Operational Maintenance Environments-Good Understanding of Project Management Activities

Nice To Have Skills : Project Management Certifications viz., CAPM or PSMHealth Care Domain Knowledge
