Job Description/Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver/facilitate new hire process training
- Deliver new hire and incumbent job specific training using innovative methods that increase retention and enhance cost effectiveness, basis approved standardized- curriculum
- Deliver ongoing refresher training based on development needs
- Responsible for getting Train the Trainer Certified by the Onshore Training Team
- Responsible for measuring and tracking pre and post training performance
- Responsible for tracking assessment scores
- Organize, coordinate and communicate training programs for the business
- Provide feedback on regular basis
- Partner with leadership to provide coaching during training
- Provide feedback to management on individual and group training results
- Provide feedback to the instructional design team
- Training Development
- Review and update training materials as needed

- Flexible to travel depending on business requirement to conduct training from different sites

Qualification/Required Skill Set :
- Must have 2 Years of process training experience
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good facilitation skills and understanding of Training Function (Evaluating effectiveness, Adult Learning principles, ADDIE Model)
- Should be quality focused and solution oriented
- Must have hands on experience on MS Office applications such as MS-Word, MS-Excel, PPT skills
- Overall accuracy scores should be more than required SLA in minimum 4 out of last 6 months performance
- Healthcare experience will be preferred
