Job Description/Position Overview :

- Technical Project Manager with a strong business focus to support business vision.

- Should have strong experience in managing multiple BI / Analytics/ Data Warehouse Projects.

- Strong finance domain experience.

- Should have experience in analyzing existing system, and create Road-map, and drive strategy planning by working with various stakeholders, and work with teams to manage multiple projects.

- Working experience in BI/ Analytics/ Data Warehouse architectures using various schemas and models.

- Should have working experience in Data Integration, Data Modeling and Data Analytics, Finance forecasting etc.

- Experience in multiple BI/Data Analytics/DWH technologies: MS BI, SAS, Tableau, RDBMS databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and Appliances (IBM Netezza, Teradata, Oracle Exadata etc.)

- Exposure to Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Spark etc.

- Proven ability in evaluating technologies and products, contrasting capabilities and making recommendations, and presenting results to leadership team

- Proven ability to rapidly deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept work to validate a proposed architectural approach, and proposals with HW & SW solution stack.

- Candidate should possess leadership qualities including being proactive, thoughtful, thorough, decisive, and flexible, conducting themselves professionally and with integrity at all times.

- Should have experience in defining BI/Analytics/DWH projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional and test specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new projects.

- Experience in Healthcare finance Domain preferred.Primary Responsibilities:

Delivery Management :

- Ensuring timely delivery and management of upgrades of various PLM(Project Life-cycle Management) projects/products like BI Tools, SAS, MySQL, MS SQL Server etc.

Team & Resource Management :

- Hiring, Appraisals, Retention, Resource Pyramid Management, Travels, Trainings, Team motivation and strong team connect, Optimize the mix of resources to obtain maximum results at minimal cost

- Communication Management: Keeping the partners and all stakeholders informed about all- engagement metrics at all times, Dashboard reporting.

- Assist teams with problem triage, coordination with various stakeholders and technical teams

- Resolve issues with application-level service performance

- Identify, sponsor and implement continuous improvement initiatives within organization.

- Solid organizational skills and focus on accuracy and attention to detail

Shift time : 2:30 pm till midnight (fixed)

- Proven success in implementing new technologies in large enterprises

- Strong knowledge and/or experience of health care industry.

- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities

Qualification :

Minimum Requirements :

- B.E. or Masters in Computer Science or related field (such as MS in Analytics etc.)

-12+ years of technical solutions experience including at least 10+ years of hands-on on BI / DWH/ Analytics/ Big Data.

- Project & delivery management of large BI analytics /DWH projects.

- At least 8+ years working in IT Finance domain

- PMP certification would be preferred.

- Experience in Health care domain, preferred.

- Experience/Exposure to Hadoop and other Industry Big Data Frameworks
