Job Description :

- Ensure that work is delivered timely and in accordance with the defined Organization SOX IT controls and with highest Quality

- Responsible for supporting and maintaining an effective overall SOX IT internal control environment.

- Coordination of action plans to address audit findings and/or identified weaknesses in internal controls.

- Strengthen relationships with clients to generate additional engagement opportunities through excellent quality, timely execution and collaborative approach to client service.

- Add value to client by successfully preparing them for internal control audits and supporting them through the audit process.

- Supervise coach and mentor team members.

- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on non-conformities to defined processes.

- Strong Problem solving skills and Change Management skills.

- Creative, proactive and forward thinker. An individual who looks for opportunities to drive continuous improvement within the Organization.

- Collaborate with SEPG and SQA teams to drive process improvements.

- Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem solving, including gathering, analyzing and reporting data.

- Involved in at least one cycle of QMS/Process release, release communication and conducting the refresher session in prior roles.

- Provide feedback for continuous improvement of Processes.

- Identified and driven optimization and improvement projects & aligned to High Maturity and Six Sigma.

Qualification/Skills Required :

- Good knowledge of SOX IT Controls and Governance, identifying risks and related- controls and performing the necessary test of work of significant controls

- Experience of CMMI Dev / SVCs High maturity process areas definition and implementation

- Experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 Internal Audits.

- Experience in Qualitative Management/ Statistical Techniques (SPC, Prediction models, etc.)

- Exposure to BPMS and GQM (Goal-Question-Metrics) approaches and relevant tools & techniques

- Mentor six sigma projects using DMADV, DMAIC and Lean.

- Hands on Experience on Data Analysis (using analysis techniques)&Statistical tools & Minitab

- Excellent command over MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

- Results based focused skill set with strong impact and influencing skills.

- Tenacity and energy in leading change towards an effective work environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and colleagues

- Progressive, flexible and team oriented person required.

- Excellent training and presentation skills.

Qualifications :

Mandatory Experience : SOX IT Controls CMMI Dev / SVCs, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

Desired : ITIL V3 / ISO 20K Certification is desired- Desired Lead auditor in ISO 9001/ISO27001/ISO20000

- Six Sigma Green Belt/ Black Belt knowledge / completed one Green Belt project.

- Candidates must have minimum a graduation degree.

- Desired experience on Agile.

- PMP / MBA preferred.

- Candidates must have IT background.

Education : BE/B.Tech/M.Tech /MCA/Post graduate ( in IT preferably)
