Job Description - The Global Mobility Policy and Programs are established to :
- Provide a framework that supports the development of talent deployment models and assignment conditions with the flexibility to adapt to a wide variety of projects/ contracts throughout the world
- Ensure members receive appropriate support and maintain proper, safe and secure living and working conditions while on international assignment
- Mitigate risks in matters of immigration, taxation and member health and security
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Mobility Consulting, Expatriate Tax, Compensation, Compliance, Relocation Management
- Provide global mobility service and consulting to the business, ensuring that employees are mobilized in a timely manner
- Work with the business to find effective solutions to global mobility issues which fit with the group and regional strategy. Partner for strategy and solutions
- Play a key role, as a part of a global project team to implement group framework for delivering assignments, including the right assignment type, assignment packages and the resultant move
- Establish international assignment framework for new countries, working closely with group functions such as legal, tax, finance, HR Ops & Payroll, Employee Relations etc. to ensure a complete solution is provided
- Plan and implement effective international assignments that are cost efficient whilst balancing HR and business priorities
- Ensure compliance on immigration, taxation, social security and other benefits for international assignments performance indicators
- Establish collaborative relationship that will ensure that the communication channels are optimized with in-country stakeholders and- business groups
- Managing internal clients and stake holders. (Proactively seeks client inputs / expectations and drives initiatives to achieve the same. Foresees outcome of actions taken and suggests appropriate remedial action)

Qualification - Key Competencies/Skills :
- Strong communication skills and ability to understand business challenges
- Demonstrated project and team leadership working with internal and external partners to develop and execute projects plans, meet deadlines, and drive accountability for successful outcomes
- Deep understanding on Expatriate Tax management and ability to work with Global Mobility Providers
- Ability to synthesize and successfully communicate complex information to business teams & COE extended teams
- Ability to coordinate complex cases and prioritize and manage complex issues in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with Global teams & accomplish stipulated work within established timelines and time constraints
- Possesses a strong client servicing orientation, an ability to be empathetic to client needs and thereby being able to acknowledge client requirements, adjust service delivery accordingly and keep the client updated about the actions being taken and reason for it
- Ensures adherence to set timelines for processes, projects, initiatives. Facilitates buy-in of stake holders when there's a deviation from set timelines- Ensures processes & initiatives support business and stake-holder interests. Facilitates efforts to improve service levels- Drives processes to ensure minimal deviation from set timelines
Qualifications/Education :
- Relevant Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent degree and/or HR related certifications- English (Spoken and Written, Mandatory)
- GMS/GMST certification is preferred
Work Experience :
- Minimum 7-9 years experience in managing Global Mobility & Immigration practice
