- Positions in this function facilitate SG and A forecasts and analyze trends in SG and A, membership, medical costs, and other areas of business. Includes reporting and analysis to business and finance leadership. Researches economic progressions to assist with the organization's financial planning.
- Presents findings and recommendations to management. Includes responsibility for budget planning and process support.
- Interface with business leaders and build relationships in support of financial planning and performance measurement including reporting and analysis
- Perform monthly close analysis to facilitate understanding of monthly results against the financial plan
- Partner with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities and cost savings initiatives to maximize resources and create efficiencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in conjunction with budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage business relationship on behalf of the broader Finance organization and Leadership-Leverage technology and carry out process improvement activities
- Should have exposure to:Financial Statement analysis focusing on Rev & Expense analysis, Forecasting, Budgeting, Accounting like month end accruals and re-class entries etc.
- Commentary on variances and findings To maintain allocation model, responsible for costs allocations, general ledger accounts and related activities for the production of financial statements and reports.
- To analyze, prepares journal entries and reviews accounting classifications, in accordance with generally-accepted accounting principles.
- To analyze and prepares income statements and other income/cost trend reports. Involved in the monthly/quarterly 'close' process.
- Prepares documentation in support of occasional external and internal audits.Responsible for strategy & execution of the Operations to ensure that the business expectations & SLA's are constantly met / exceeded.Operates largely independently in meeting defined business objectives and goals. Performs complex tasks and participates in complex cross-area/function activities.
- Deploy a continuous improvement framework and constantly look for ways & means of driving efficiencies & enhanced controllership.
- Build in-house Domain / Process / Product expertise related to Financial Reporting
- Build a strong team, drive employee engagement practices, Talent Management and drive employee Retention.Should constantly focus on career Pathing & succession planning.
- Create centers of Excellence, build expertise, standardize processes, share best practices across business segments. Manages effective internal/external work relationships within own area of responsibility, builds business relationships in the wider group or unit.Demonstrate flexibility and manage time-zone differences, effectively.
- Proven ability to interact with senior stakeholders
- Establish strong working relationships with Onsite leads and key stakeholders

Qualification Requirements :
- 5+ years of relevant financial analysis or accounting experience
- 3+ years of supervisory experience-Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Office product suite, and other technology tools
- Progressive financial work experience-Ability to work in a matrix environment while positively influencing other functional areas.

Preferred : Project management or process improvement experience
- MBA or CPA-Healthcare experience
- Hyperion Essbase and PeopleSoft experience
