Position Overview :
- The Manager of Marketing Analytics will be a key contributor to advancing digital marketing analytics team to drive actionable insights that impact business results.
- A Manager with strong experience in leading Consumer Solution (Customer Analytics) related initiatives with strong Marketing experience, with analytics background.
- Candidate should have experience in in the areas of Customer segmentation, Marketing campaigns and Promotions,
- Candidate should have experience in web analytics, Text analytics, and social analytics
- The ideal candidate has analytical mindset and will be adept at translating highly technical information to a non-technical audience.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide subject matter expertise on analytics strategy including digital marketing, web analytics and iterative campaign test design
- Partner with marketers to clearly define campaign success metrics and ensure that measurement is in place to measure that success
- Proactively delivers insights to improve campaign metrics and be seen as a strategic partner
- Leverage our current foundational data infrastructure and enhance it so that clients and prospects are presented with relevant messages at the right time and in the right channel
- Collaborate with marketing data colleagues to help support data governance and quality and ensure data accuracy

Qualification/Demonstrated Skills :
- Experience using software to analyze data (SAS, R, SPSS and Adobe )
- Experience with end-to-end marketing campaign reporting (campaign outreach, lead generation, sales funnel, conversion rates) using Unica campaign tools
- Strong analytical skills and experience working across different technologies / tools
- Experience in cross-team collaboration, particularly with the ability to cross technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in fast-paced, complex project management, and an ability to juggle shifting timelines and priorities to drive our brand as we reinvent our industry
- Should have experience in analyzing existing system, and create Roadmap, and drive strategy planning, and work with teams to manage various Marketing initiatives.
- Experience or strong exposure to Big Data technologies and Business Intelligence / Data Warehousing
- Document usage models & business, technical & user requirements and designing solutions architecture to meet those requirements.
- Proven ability in evaluating technologies and products, contrasting capabilities and making recommendations, and presenting results to leadership team
- Proven ability to rapidly deliver prototypes and proof-of-concept work to validate a proposed architectural approach, and proposals
