Responsibilities :

- Act as Liaison between business and technical teams and should be able to guide technical teams

- Write business requirement documents, mapping documents and functional specifications

- Review test scenarios and test cases created by QA team and help them to provide full coverage to the test scenarios

- Create a detailed impact analysis document and explain technical teams scope of work

- Status reporting for the projects- Recommendations for new data warehouse mart design as well as improvements in current data warehouse- Build team and foster culture of performance and end to end learning

- Create high quality requirements and process documents

Requirements:B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with 12 - 15- years in system analysis, ETL solution design and end to end data integrations in large DWH

- This role demands advanced level knowledge in data integration principles for enterprise healthcare preferably on US health care domain.

- The candidate should have supported large data warehouse applications and should have hands on experience of data profiling using SQL queries.

- An excellent communication and client facing skills with amazing team management skills is desired.

- 10+ years of experience in managing or working in large data warehouse or database environment- 8+ years of experience of managing and gathering business and technical requirements

- 8+ years of experience writing test cases to test the data completeness, quality and business logic- 10+ years of experience of writing complex SQL queries to analyze data and to turn raw data to information

- 10+ years of experience working in the different phases of SDLC

- Proficiency in MS office suite and ability to present the solution and thought process to business and technical teams- Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Scrum, Sprint Log-Thought Leader who demonstrates Lateral thinking-Exposed to data world

- Data warehouse, BI, Analytics, Big Data, etc. Should be able to visualize the purpose of each of them while building the solutions-Good experience in healthcare domain - deep in at least couple of specific areas

-Experience in leveraging this data experience and domain experience to build solutions for end customers-Should have strong working experience in IT - processes, Agile, mid size team management, etc-Should know how to go about building domain competencies (setting up CoE)-Good at stakeholder management

Qualification :

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA with 10 - 13 years in system analysis, ETL solution design and end to end data integrations in large DWH Technology Careers with Optum.
