Primary Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business requirements
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
- Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
- Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
Primary Responsibilities :
- The candidate will be responsible to conduct baseline FP sizing for various applications.
- He/She should be able to interact with SMEs to understand the requirements of the projects.
- He/She should be able to perform Function Point analysis on various projects.
- He/She would record the function point count observation and results in SCOPE tool.
- He/She would be responsible to send count reports to the SMEs and get approval on time.
- He/She would be responsible for document gathering and understanding the project requirement document.
Job Description :
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Function Point counting 2-3 Years of overall IT experience
- Experience in the field of estimation and software sizing
- Strong knowledge in SDLC and in Database Concepts
- Experience in the field of estimation and software sizing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Certified Function Point Specialist(CFPS) certification will be an added advantage
- Good Communication skills
- U.S Healthcare Domain experience an added advantage

Qualification -
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience 1+ years of experience in business/finance including analysis experience with a solid understanding of data storage structures
- Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience in analysis of business process and workflow and providing an evaluation, benchmark and/or process improvement recommendations 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)
- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally
- Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data
