Job Description :
- Creating monthly and quarterly Business Utility Reports, Dash Boards and Portfolio Snapshots-
- Create system tools/databases to capture relevant data
- Present data via presentations to various levels within the organization.
- Prepare trend analysis of Training related data
- Co-ordinate with varied teams for process enhancement utilities to ensure roll out of procedures within deadlines.
- Provide data to business partners as and when required.
- Complete ad hoc reports as requested
- Perform data mining
- Maintain & publish departmental budgets and employee databases
- Manage assigned special projects to completion within target date
- Act as resource person
- Share best practices and support team goals and objectives

Qualification :
Required Skill set :
- Graduate
- 8+ years of overall experience with minimum 4 years of experience in Business Analyst Role.
- Proficiency in: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, Visual Basic, SSA
- Dot Net, SQL & Minitab skills desirable
- Excellent Communication Skills
