- Conducting Requirements Workshops

- Requirements Elicitation

- Own various requirement artefacts,BVD, BRD, Use Cases, User Stories, User Manual

Must Have Skills :

- End to end understanding of US Payer Lifecycle various systems involved and process flows across M&R, C&S E&I

- Understanding of current trends and challenges in US Healthcare

- End-to End business knowledge of US PBM

- Understanding of current trends and challenges in US PBM space

- Should be proficient in both waterfall and Agile Business Analyst role
