Primary Responsibilities :

- Conducting Requirements Workshops

- Requirements Elicitation

- Own various requirement artifacts, BVD, BRD, Use Cases, User Stories, User Manual

Must Have Skills :

- End-to End business knowledge of US PBM - Prescription Claims process, Prior Authorization, Formulary Management Rebates & Discounts Mgmt, DUR etc

- Understanding of current trends and challenges in US PBM space

- Should be proficient in both waterfall and Agile Business Analyst role

Nice To Have Skills :

- Knowledge of the following domains is a bonus, US Healthcare Claims/EDI/ Eligibility
