Qualification :
Required Skills :
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field
- 2+ year of experience in SAS (Mandatory) with analysis experience, programming, and reporting with a solid understanding of data storage structures.
- 2 years of business analytics work experience is required.
- 2+ years of experience with reporting and analyzing large amounts of data will be preferred
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Access is required.
- Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required.
- 1+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test and implementation).
- Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
- Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Medicare risk adjustment experience a plus
