Job Description :
- Responsible for the work flow of all projects-Interact with customers both internal and external to gather project requirements and act as liaison between customer and design team
- Simultaneously lead several complex projects with varied, multiple deliverables, team members and audiences requiring ongoing prioritization and relationship management
- Communicate job status information to all team members
- Promote smooth workflow and communication between departments
- Create and manage timelines for all projects
- Ensure workflow progresses efficiently and projects/staff are organized as priorities shift
- Maintain job tracking and time keeping database
- Maintain and update project status report and run weekly status meetings
- Help enhance and improve department processes
- Communicate consolidated project milestones and deliverables for readiness
- The ability to generate detailed project status reporting (including critical path impact, dependencies, milestones, resources, cost, work breakdown structures, etc.).
- The ability to work in a matrix environment across cross functional teams-Workflow design, implementation and management experience-Strong negotiation skills.

- Leads and directs high-priority projects, which often require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration and iteration with internal teams
- Presents project status and issues to stakeholders through formal presentations
- Conducts regular meetings with project teams to review the current status of the project including technical, schedule, and labor issues
- Takes ownership of all project status updates, and maintains all project related plans, documents and applications- Accountable for project forecasting activities Project Management
- Is responsible with managing projects from the Initiation phase of the SDLC through the Release phase of the Optum Insight SDLC.
- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release Train/Value Stream
- Establishing team level cadence and driving team level ceremonies (e.g. sprint planning, team retrospectives, backlog grooming, etc.)
- Work with the Product Owner to drive the definition and refinement of the program and team backlogs
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to the team
- Ensure cross-team coordination and collaboration- Remove impediments for the team(s)
- Maintain metrics that provide visibility to stakeholders on team-level progress and quality
- Act as a liaison to assigned program manager and project managers. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between the program team and third parties, release managers, or between the team and other scrum teams.
- Actively contribute to the company's Agile and Lean Community through participation in the internal Agile Community of
Practice and Scrum Master Forums.
- Provide real time feedback to the methodology team based on experiences with software delivery teams
- Work cross functionally to align strategy, methodology and execution
- Ensures that the SDLC process is followed with reaching successful SDLC Compliancy for each phase/sprints.
- Manages the scope, risks, issues, deliverables, and schedule of individual project tasks.
- Attends committee meetings and provides project status updates
- Establishing and enforcing the use of the projects Change Control Process
- Establishing and enforcing the use of the projects Communication Plan
- Responsible for tracking, resolving and escalating project Issues and Risks
- Participates in the PMO with revising and creating new policies and procedures
- Creates, maintains and is accountable for labor identified within Plan view for the project

Qualification : Requirements :
- B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M. Sc with 7 - 10 years relevant experience
- 4+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 4+ years of working with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
- 4+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
- Experience working with test plans and test cases
- Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions Assets
- Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proficiency with MS Project- Proficiency with MS Visio- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification- Healthcare Industry experience
